Parking and access to the center is convenient to users with parking below the building and street-side. A membership is not required to participate in activities at the JRP, but is required to use the fitness center and circuit training room.
Joseph residency is not required to enjoy use of the center. Approximately 55 groups and organizations meet either daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly. The JRP includes a fitness center, circuit room snooker, billiards, and pool tables, table shuffleboard, table tennis, library with computers, cafeteria, and rooms of various sizes to meet almost any kind of activity. Junior Leaders must be going into 7th grade or older.The Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center (JRP) is an 22,000 square foot facility for citizens over the age of 50 to work out, socialize, and participate in a variety of programs and activities.Email completed form to $75/Junior Leader.Do not fill it out in a web browser or the information you enter will not be saved.

Download this Activity Center Registration Packet (fillable PDF) to your device.Once your completed packet is received, your child(ren)’s registration is complete. Return the completed packet to the Bismarck Parks and Recreation District Office within 48 hours of registering. Step Two: You MUST email, print out or pick up the Activity Center Registration Packet and fill out all the pages.Once your child(ren) is registered, you can then move to Step Two. Step One: Register your child(ren) for the selected Activity Center site either in person at the Administrative Office or online.

The split payment option is only available on the Full Site – not mobile.If the split payment option is picked, the first payment is made day of registration and the second payment is charged May 19, 2022.
